The “Tintilia” is a vine variety native to Molise, introduced during the Bourbon reign in the second half of the Eighteenth Century. Abandoned by the end of the sixties, it was recovered in the last 10-15 years thanks to the work of farmers who strongly believed in this vine, and since then “Tintilia” has become an emblem of Molise’s winemaking.
Molise Rosso is obtained from one of the most generous vine variety of South Italy: Montepulciano.
