Grape variety: Falanghina 100%, Terra degli Osci.

Soil: red gravel soil, rich in microelements.

Planting: pruned-spur cordon-trained, 3.000 vines per hectare.

Harvest: last week of September.

Vinification: soft pressing of the grapes, controlled temperature fermentation, ripening on the dregs for a few months.

Colour: faint straw yellow with green reflections.

Alcohol degrees: 13 %.

Bouquet: enveloping floral intensity with a hint of ripe fruit (peaches), suggests the close contact between the vineyard and the peach orchard.

Taste: excellent definition and taste persistence, evidence of the ripeness of the raw materials, with a dense and warm impression, controlled acidity and long persistence.

Gastronomy: pairs well with seafood, first courses and white meat.

Serving temperature: 12°C.
