Aging: partly in steel, partly in second passage Barriques.
Colour: deep red with violet reflections.
Bouquet: typical of the vine, ascribable to red berries mixed with sweet spices.
Taste: moderately tannic, with good body and persistence.
Serving temperature: 18°C.
Type of glass: Ballon.
Gastronomy: pairs well with plentiful Mediterranean first courses and meat based second courses.
